After 2 hours' drive you will reach Golubac Fortress built in 14th century and located at the entrance of the Iron Gate National Park where the Danube is the widest and nature is the greenest.
Continue with a short drive to Lepenski Vir, archeological site located nearby.This amazing site is one of the oldest urban settlements in Europe, populated 8000 years ago.
45 minutes drive to Tekija, from where speedboat adventure will start. While cruising along the most beautiful part of the Danube River, you will see the remains dating back to Romans, such as Trajan's Plaque (Tabula Traiana). Besides this during your speedboat tour you will see: Mrakonija Monastery, Balloon Stations, Stone Statue of Decebalus Rex - which represents the tallest rock sculpture in Europe.
When your boat adventure is finished and on our way to local traditional restaurant we will make two short stops at viewpoint located along the scenic road to take some memorable pictures of the Gorge from up. Lunch break.
Return to Belgrade in early evening hours. Drop off to your accommodation.
